Annual Property Owners' Association Meeting

When: Tuesday November 10th
Time: 7:00 till 8:30 PM
Agenda
If you are new to the neighborhood, unaware that there is a Property Owners’ Association, never been to previous meeting, haven’t met neighbors or need to voice your opinion, then you need to attend. We will be discussing the potential maintenance costs of our common areas and wetlands.
We are looking for nominations for seven (7) board of director positions to help us run the association. Please see the enclosed nomination form or e-mail us for more details.
If you are unable to attend, you can fill out the enclosed Proxy form. This will help us to reach a quorum for the meeting and allow us to elect our 2010 directors. If you have any questions, e-mail us at bpoa.admin@gmail.com.

SUMMER UPDATE
HAPPY SUMMER!!!!YARD WASTE
Please do not dump your yard waste in the common areas or the nature conservancy areas. Doing so will shorten the life of our drain tiles, and cause additional maintenance and cost to all the homeowners. You can visit the City of Crystal Lake homepage to see details on how to properly dispose of yard waste.
ELECTIONS
The next annual board meeting is November 10th. We will be electing the 2010 Board of Directors and Members at that meeting. If you are interested in being on the board, please contact one of the board members, or send an e-mail to bpoa.admin@gmail.com.
PAST DUE ACCOUNTS
We still have a few homeowners with past due accounts. Please send your Dues to PO Box 1764, Crystal Lake, IL 60039-1764. Include your LOT Number and Address on your check for faster processing.

First Blog Entry for BPOA Blog!
Hello Braeburn Community Members!
We've started this blog as a way for families in the Braeburn community to stay connected - to each other and to what's going on in the community.
