Please do not dump your yard waste in the common areas or the nature conservancy areas. Doing so will shorten the life of our drain tiles, and cause additional maintenance and cost to all the homeowners. ELECTIONS
The next annual board meeting is November 10th. We will be electing the 2010 Board of Directors and Members at that meeting. If you are interested in being on the board, please contact one of the board members, or send an e-mail to bpoa.admin@gmail.com.
PAST DUE ACCOUNTS
We still have a few homeowners with past due accounts. Please send your Dues to PO Box 1764, Crystal Lake, IL 60039-1764. Include your LOT Number and Address on your check for faster processing.
Make checks payable to "Braeburn Property Owners Association."If you have any questions, email Mark Des Biens at bpoa.treasurer@gmail.com. Or contact Ken Pringle, or Tom Hoffman.

We have created an e-mail distribution list to better communicate to all the members. If you are interested in joining, use the subscription box on the right margin. You will receive a confirmation e-mail, and then we will add you to our list. Expect 2-3 mailings a quarter. We value your privacy and will NEVER give out your e-mail address or compromise your personal security.
